On February 20, over 250 Delta Zeta sisters gathered together at Coca-Cola World Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia to celebrate and connect. We honored the 2015 Woman of the Year, Susan Pearson Gambardella, who inspired us to say “yes” to the challenges that we face and overcome them to gain success in our careers. We learned from a multi-generational alumnae panel on what habits they’ve formed and steps they’ve taken to achieve success in their fields, and we joined in roundtable discussions on current issues of interest to our participants, such as building your personal brand and navigating LinkedIn.
