How did you discover your passion for what you do, and what opportunities have helped shape your career?

The problem-solving and client counseling aspects of the law piqued my interest from a young age, but it was not until I had the opportunity to apply my accounting background with my law degree that I knew that corporate law and mergers and acquisitions was the field of practice for me. I’m thankful to be surrounded by seasoned attorneys that I admire professionally and enjoy personally.

What words of wisdom or advice do you live by?

“Work hard, play hard!” and “Stay on the sunny side” are two phrases I keep at the forefront of my mind. I have found that hard work and dedication will reap rewards, but all work and no play is one dimensional. I seek to maintain a positive attitude and find balance so that I can excel in all areas of my life!
