What opportunities have helped shape your career?

I have been fortunate to shadow and learn from other, more seasoned, speech and language pathologists since the start of my journey as a speech language pathologist. This reminds me that I must always teach and give back to other inspiring and future speech language pathologists. It is my goal to pay it forward.

What words of wisdom or advice do you live by?

I live by the idea that wisdom begins with being puzzled, however, with a little help from others that are wiser and kinder, the pieces will always fall into place. Thus, it is so important to stay curious, humble and learn from others.
