Oxford, Ohio – Delta Zeta is delighted to announce the appointment of Karlee Nuttelman as the Director of Online Learning and Prevention Education effective January 1, 2025. In this new role, Karlee will architect the creation and implementation of dynamic, culturally responsive online learning programs that align with Delta Zeta’s strategic priorities. Her efforts will enhance the member experience and optimize organizational processes across all three Delta Zeta entities. Additionally, Karlee will spearhead comprehensive health and wellness initiatives for Delta Zeta officers, volunteers, committees and staff.
Karlee brings a wealth of expertise to Delta Zeta with an extensive background working with sororities and fraternities. Her experience spans roles at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, Indiana University, the University of Dayton, Sigma Kappa Sorority National Headquarters, Delta Tau Delta Fraternity and TechniPhi. In her role as Project Leader with RISE Partnerships, Karlee has already been a valuable educational partner to Delta Zeta; contributing to e-learning initiatives and the creation of the Shared Values Inventory for the Sorority.

Recognized as an influential leader in the fraternity and sorority advising community, Karlee has volunteered extensively with the Association of Fraternity and Sorority Advisors (AFA). In recognition of her outstanding service as Chair of the AFA Professional Development Committee, Karlee received the 2024 Shelley Sutherland Outstanding Volunteer Award for creating Core Competency Coaching resources and a Student Safety Resource Guide to support new professionals. Karlee is also a dedicated member and volunteer for Gamma Phi Beta Sorority and is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in public health at the University of Nebraska Medical Center to further her contributions to the fraternity and sorority life community.
