(Oxford, Ohio) As Delta Zeta continues to grow, we’re excited to build even more meaningful connections — city by city, sister by sister.

That is why we’re excited to announce new alumnae area, state and city volunteer opportunities designed specifically to support our alumnae community!

We’re looking for vibrant alumnae leaders to help grow connection in target cities across the country! Are you a community builder who thrives on helping people feel welcome and engaged? Do you love the idea of creating connections in your city for Delta Zeta sisters? We’re looking for passionate volunteers to serve as City Connectors and we’d love to have you on the team!

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the key point of contact for alumnae association engagement in your city.
  • Build a strong sense of DZ sisterhood locally by organizing meaningful, in-person gatherings.
  • Collaborate with state and area volunteers to host events like Founders Day, Everlasting, alumnae association reunions and more.
  • Help identify “hotspot” cities with high alumnae potential and grow non-traditional alumnae involvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A connector with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Someone excited to plan events and foster belonging among local alumnae.
  • Experience in community organizing, event coordination or social engagement is a plus!
  • A Delta Zeta who believes in the lifelong power of our sisterhood.
  • A self-starter who’s comfortable collaborating across teams.

What You’ll Experience:

🎉 Create connections – You’ll be the catalyst for meaningful, local connections.

🫶 Celebrate sisterhood – Help sisters reconnect and stay engaged for life.

🌎 Make an impact – You’ll help shape the alumnae experience for generations to come.
