Delta Zeta Announces Seven Graduate Internship Opportunities for 2026-27 Academic Year

Delta Zeta is excited to announce that applications are now open for seven 2026-27 graduate internship roles. Designed for current graduate students, the program provides an invaluable hands-on professional development opportunity. Open to applicants beyond Delta Zeta membership, graduate students selected will contribute to the development, sustainment and innovation for a mission-driven organization while gaining real-world experience in a national nonprofit setting.  

2026-2027 graduate interns will serve in one of five specialized areas:  

Chapter OperationsThis graduate-level internship will support the Chapter Operations Team within our Growth Department, focusing on resource development and operational support. This internship offers a unique opportunity for identifying operational needs, collaboration and the development of current practices and procedures. Do you have an eye for finding new and improved ways of managing operational needs? We welcome you to apply here.  

Event Planning & EngagementThis graduate-level internship provides an exceptional opportunity to contribute to Delta Zeta’s strategic focus on the membership experience, growth and community impact, playing a key role in planning, organizing and executing events. Through this experience, Event Planning Graduate Interns will gain advanced, hands-on exposure to event strategy, logistics, communications and nonprofit operations. If you have a passion for bringing people together and creating memorable moments, apply today. Submit your application.

Graphic Design: This graduate-level internship offers an opportunity to support a variety of design projects that align with Delta Zeta’s brand, communication and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas and innovative design solutions to enhance materials ranging from email campaigns and event promotions to social media graphics and website updates. Are you ready to enhance Delta Zeta’s storytelling through graphics and visuals? Learning & DevelopmentThis graduate-level internship experience, crafted for two graduate students, will be integrated into the Learning Department to collaborate and develop education content. Ideal candidates will bring a passion for learning development and curriculum design and strive for continuous improvement to synchronous and asynchronous training development. If you are interested in learning, growth, and making membership more impactful, apply here.  

Philanthropy & ServiceThis graduate-level internship will support the Membership Experience Department and provides professional development for those interested in providing education and awareness to our members about our global philanthropy, Hearing and Speech, and our global philanthropic partner, Starkey Hearing Foundation. Two graduate interns will have the opportunity to assist in the implementation of new philanthropy and service policies and enhance global fundraising initiatives. Are you driven to give back and find unique ways to support our global philanthropy? Apply today

Applications will be accepted through Friday, May 29, 2026, at 8 p.m. Eastern.  

Qualified candidates must be actively enrolled as a graduate student (master’s or doctoral) at a verifiable program of study with an institution, university/college or educational program during the internship term. Delta Zeta or other fraternal organization membership is strongly preferred, but not required.
