Delta Zeta Women's Membership Organization | Delta Zeta Sorority

If you’re ready to grow your confidence and expertise as a leader and connect with inspiring Delta Zeta sisters from across the country, then you don’t want to miss out on this unique leadership conference this summer!

The Norma Minch Andrisek Leadership Conference is designed for emerging chapter leaders, and members do not need to hold a position to attend NMALC. Rather than focusing on specific officer roles, the conference emphasizes how Delta Zeta members can develop and strengthen their leadership skills.

The NMALC experience

  • Build leadership skills: learn how to lead with confidence in your chapter, on campus or in your future career.
  • Make lifelong connections: meet Delta Zetas from different chapters, exchange ideas, and form friendships for life.
  • Explore the National Historical Museum and Headquarters: experience the heart and history of Delta Zeta in Oxford, Ohio.
  • Invest in your future: build on skills that will benefit you in your future personal and professional endeavors as an alumna

When and Where

  • July 16-19, 2026, Miami University, Oxford, Ohio
  • Cost: $640 per person, paid by credit card or by indicating during the registration process that the chapter will pay with a scheduled payment to National Headquarters in Billhighway.
  • Travel: Fly into the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Attendees who will be flying to the conference must make their own travel arrangements. Delta Zeta will provide a shuttle, for an additional fee, from the CVG airport to Miami University’s campus. Those flying into a different airport will need to find their own transportation to Oxford.

  • Registration closes June 5, 2026.
