The Norma Minch Andrisek Leadership Conference is designed for emerging chapter leaders, and members do not need to hold a position to attend NMALC. Rather than focusing on specific officer roles, the conference emphasizes how Delta Zeta members can develop and strengthen their leadership skills.

When and Where
July 16-19, 2026, Miami University, Oxford, Ohio
Cost: $640 per person, paid by credit card or by indicating during the registration process that the chapter will pay with a scheduled payment to National Headquarters in Billhighway.
Travel: Fly into the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Attendees who will be flying to the conference must make their own travel arrangements. Delta Zeta will provide a shuttle, for an additional fee, from the CVG airport to Miami University’s campus. Those flying into a different airport will need to find their own transportation to Oxford.
