Delta Zeta Welcomes 2025–2026 Graduate Interns

(Oxford, Ohio) Delta Zeta Sorority National Headquarters is proud to welcome seven accomplished graduate students to the 2025–2026 graduate internship program. These future leaders will support chapter operations, accountability, learning and development and philanthropy and service, gaining valuable professional experience while making a lasting impact on the Sorority and its members. Open to applicants beyond Delta Zeta membership, the program continues to grow as a meaningful pathway for leadership and service. 

Over the course of the year, interns take on meaningful projects that directly support Delta Zeta’s mission, vision and strategic priorities. The program is designed to strengthen professional skills, expand industry knowledge, and provide a better understanding of how a premier national women’s organization operates to prepare participants for next steps in their careers.  

Meet the seven graduate students joining Delta Zeta National Headquarters for the 2025–2026 academic year:  

Olivia Gill, Accountability Graduate Intern  

Olivia Gill, Kappa Mu–Shepherd University, will work as part of the Learning Experience Department, managing and educating members on Delta Zeta’s accountability and restorative justice practices. She is currently a graduate student at James Madison University studying college student personnel administration. In her free time, she likes to read a good book and browse local shops.  

Hannah Jones, Alumnae Operations Graduate Intern 

Hannah Jones is returning to Delta Zeta as a graduate intern for the 2025–2026 academic year. She is a proud graduate of Washington State University, where she joined Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. With a background in communications, Hannah is now enrolled as a graduate student in the higher education program at Texas Christian University. She loves helping students grow, whether coaching one-on-one or working with sorority chapters across North America. 

Adria Lemmon, Foundation Graduate Intern 

Returning as a graduate intern, Adria Lemmon, Theta Psi–Ashland University, is currently pursuing her master’s in higher education and student affairs at Kent State University, where she also serves as a graduate assistant in the Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement. Adria will continue supporting the Delta Zeta Foundation with donor engagement, communication, fundraising, virtual engagement and special events.  

Christin Ransome, Chapter Operations Graduate Intern 

Christin Ransome, Sigma–Louisiana State (LA), will assist with collegiate chapter operations, including resource development as part of the Growth Department. Christin is an incoming graduate student pursuing a master’s degree in public administration at Louisiana State University, where she also earned her bachelor’s degree in mass communications with a concentration in public relations. Her Delta Zeta chapter leadership roles include serving as Chapter President, Vice President of Programs, Recruitment Team member and Homecoming Chair, in addition to various committee positions. 

Shyama Owen, Learning and Development Graduate Intern 

Shyama Owen, Gamma Nu–Eastern Illinois University, will integrate with the Learning Experience Department to create learning and development experiences for students, student leaders and Delta Zeta volunteers. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology at Elmhurst University. Shyama is a self-professed dog lover and thrill seeker, and she is always ready for a challenge and new experiences. 

Hannah Grabke, Learning and Development Graduate Intern 

Hannah Grabke is a dual-degree master’s student at Kent State University, pursuing a master’s degree in higher education and student affairs along with an MBA. She will work alongside Shyama to support the Learning Experience Department with initiatives shaping the education experience for Delta Zeta members and volunteers. During the academic year, Hannah serves as a graduate assistant in the Center for Student Involvement at Kent State University. She graduated in 2024 from Bowling Green State University and is a member of Chi Omega Fraternity. 

Karsen Damon, Philanthropy and Service Graduate Intern 

Karsen Damon, Gamma Kappa–Kent State University, will continue supporting the Philanthropy and Service team by identifying operational needs, identifying opportunities to raise awareness and supporting the impactful work of Delta Zeta philanthropic partners. She is now enrolled in the speech-language pathology graduate program at the University of Pittsburgh and plans to work in pediatrics. Karsen previously served as an undergraduate philanthropy intern with Delta Zeta National Headquarters from January 2024 to July 2025. 

The Delta Zeta graduate internship term will run from August 11, 2025 through June 1, 2026. Qualified candidates must be actively enrolled as a graduate student (master’s or doctoral) at a verifiable program of study with an institution, university, college or educational program during the 2025-2026 academic year. 

Applications for the 2026-2027 Delta Zeta National Headquarters Corporate Graduate Internship Program will open spring 2026.
