Delta Zeta Women's Membership Organization | Delta Zeta Sorority

Every year, Delta Zeta brings together emerging chapter leaders from across the country for a powerful weekend of leadership training. This year, Chapter Presidents and Vice Presidents of Membership are invited to attend the Leader Summit, while Vice Presidents of Philanthropy will take part in the 2026 Ignite the Flame Philanthropy Summit — both happening in Minneapolis.

This free weekend of leadership training is packed with inspirational learning sessions and sisterhood activities created exclusively for current Chapter Presidents, Vice Presidents of Membership and Vice Presidents of Philanthropy.

During the weekend, every session and experience has been intentionally designed to help participants strengthen their leadership skills. Attendees will leave with new ideas, renewed confidence and the tools to bring what they’ve learned back to their chapters and campuses.

Rooted in the three core pillars of Delta Zeta’s strategic framework, participants will explore ways to:

  • Improve the member experience.
  • Grow their chapters through traditional and non-traditional membership recruitment.
  • Impact communities through philanthropy, service, education and connection.

Keynote speakers feature Delta Zeta alumna Adriana Carrig — founder and CBO of Little Words Project — along with Zafyre Turner and Heather Lockwood of Phired Up.

Throughout the weekend attendees will also hear from National President Cathy Irvin Painter, take part in tailored breakout sessions, learn from inspiring keynote speakers, reflect during fireside chats and spend time with Delta Zeta leaders and vendors throughout the weekend. Participants will also visit Starkey World Headquarters for a chance to experience the impact of our philanthropic work firsthand.
