Which of the Delta Zeta shared values resonates with you the most? Curiosity

Tell us about a defining moment in your career so far – how did it impact your future and what did you learn from it?

One defining moment in my career was joining Microsoft and stepping into a role leading complex transformation initiatives across global supply chain organizations. It challenged me to influence without authority, align diverse stakeholders and drive outcomes amid ambiguity. That experience taught me that leadership is less about having all the answers and more about building trust, creating clarity and empowering others to move forward together. It reinforced my passion for solving complex problems and developing scalable solutions that create lasting business impact.

What advice would you give Delta Zeta sisters pursuing leadership roles in your field?

Be willing to raise your hand before you feel completely ready. Some of the greatest growth opportunities come from stepping into unfamiliar challenges and learning along the way. Invest in relationships, seek mentors, and build a network of people who will support and challenge you. Most importantly, lead with curiosity and humility; technical skills will open doors, but collaboration, resilience and authentic leadership will sustain success.

How has being a Delta Zeta influenced your professional journey or approach to leadership?

Delta Zeta reinforced the importance of community, service and empowering others. The sisterhood taught me that meaningful leadership starts with listening, building connections and creating opportunities for people to thrive. Those values continue to guide how I lead teams, navigate challenges and support colleagues. The relationships and experiences I gained through Delta Zeta helped shape my confidence and commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive environments where everyone can contribute and grow.
