National Convention
The first Delta Zeta National Convention was held in 1907 at the Algonquin Hotel in Dayton, Ohio. During this gathering, delegates set the course to fulfill their dreams of becoming a national Sorority.
The National Convention is the governing body of the Sorority and has three primary business responsibilities:
- to approve amendments to the Constitution.
- to approve a national budget.
- to elect the members of National Council.
Held biennially, the National Convention also provides an opportunity for delegates and sisters to connect and learn together. The next event will be held in the summer of 2025.
