(Oxford, Ohio) If you’re ready to grow your confidence and expertise as a leader and connect with inspiring Delta Zeta sisters from across the country, then you’ll want to be part of the 2025 Norma Minch Andrisek Leadership Conference (NMALC) held July 10-13, 2025, in Oxford, Ohio on the Miami University campus. The conference is designed for EMERGING chapter leaders! Members do not need to hold a position to attend NMALC. The conference will not focus on specific officer positions, but rather how Delta Zeta members can develop their leadership skills to change the world!

What to expect at NMALC

  • Build leadership skills: learn how to lead with confidence in your chapter, on campus or in your future career.
  • Make lifelong connections: meet Delta Zetas from different chapters, exchange ideas, and form friendships for life.
  • Explore the National Historical Museum and National Headquarters: experience the heart and history of Delta Zeta in Oxford, Ohio.
  • Invest in your future: build on skills that will benefit you in your future personal and professional endeavors as an alumna.

When and where

  • July 10-13, 2025, Miami University, Oxford, Ohio
  • Cost: $625 per person, paid by credit card or by indicating during the registration process that the chapter will pay with a scheduled payment to National Headquarters in Billhighway.
  • Travel: Fly into Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Attendees who will be flying to the conference must make their own flight arrangements into CVG. Delta Zeta will provide a shuttle, for an additional fee, from the CVG airport to Miami University’s campus. Those flying into a different airport will need to find their own transportation to Oxford.

How to register

Visit the NMALC website by logging into the Members Page to register and for more information about the weekend. Registration closes June 6, 2025.

This is your chance to grow, lead, and be inspired. We can’t wait to see you in Oxford this summer!
