Alumnae Volunteers Lead & Serve

We view our alumnae volunteers as mentors and coaches for our members. Our collegiate advisory board volunteers guide our chapters through a coaching approach, allowing our collegiate members to make decisions and learn on their own with guidance from the advisor. Our alumnae volunteers also support alumnae chapters and chapter associations, helping to reconnect members to the Sorority. Through our Volunteer Engagement Program, we offer a personalized training opportunities, both in-person and online, for our varied volunteer positions.

Nearly 1,200 alumnae women serve our organization as collegiate chapter advisors. Several hundred more serve on National Committees, as Alumnae Chapter Officers, State Alumnae Teams and in other volunteer capacities.

Delta Zeta wants your volunteer experience to be enriching and meaningful. Whoever you are and whatever your skills, situation, age, location, or availability may be, we have an opportunity for you that will be invigorating, educational, and fun.
