Delta Zetas connect and make a Global Impact in NYC
Delta Zeta proudly co-sponsored Mentoring and Inspiring Women and Girls to be Future Leaders with the International Federation for Peace and Sustainable Development (IFPSD) and its President, Sally Kader, during the United Nation’s 63rd Commission on the Status of Women in New York, New York on Friday, March 15, 2019.
Held in conjunction with the United Nations event, over 100 Delta Zetas attended Truly Connected Lite: New York City for our women’s professional networking event on Saturday, March 16. Participants learned from guest speakers Jenni Luke (Xi Omicron – Loyola Marymount University), CEO of Step Up; Sally Kader, President, International Federation for Peace and Sustainable Development; Ginny Carroll, Founder/Executive Director, Circle of Sisterhood; and Christy Phillips-Brown (Theta Iota – Western Carolina University), Vice President, Communications, Retail Business Services, Delta Zeta Sorority National President.
