Giving Societies and Donor Recognition
Donors to the Delta Zeta Foundation are recognized in both annual giving societies and lifetime giving societies, with special recognition for lifetime giving at designated levels with the Ionic Column jewelry.
Annual Giving Societies
Donors making gifts to the general fund, to be used where the need is greatest, are recognized through annual fund giving societies. These gifts are made between July 1 and June 30 each year.
- Leadership Society – $2,500 or more
- Guy Potter Benton Leadership Society – $1,000 – $2,499
- Loving Cup Society – $500 – $999
- Anniversary Society – $1 for every year since Delta Zeta’s founding
- 1902 Loyalty Society – exclusive group of undergraduate sisters giving $19.02 or more
Lifetime Giving Circles
Donors are also recognized for their lifetime giving through our lifetime giving circles. These circles are:
Legacy Circle $1,000,000 and above
Founders Circle $500,000 – 999,999
Presidents Circle $100,000 – 499,999
Diamond Circle $75,000 – 99,999
Pearl Circle $50,000 – 74,999
Rose Circle $25,000 – 49,999
Golden Lamp Circle $10,000 – 24,999
Crest Circle $7,500 – $9,999
Heritage Circle $3,500 – $7,499
Loyalty Circle $1,000 – $3,499
Friendship Circle $100 – $999
Ionic Column Charm Bracelet
Lifetime giving of $3,500 to $7,499 to the Foundation’s national funds* will be recognized with a specially-designed Ionic Column charm bracelet in sterling silver.
* Contributions to local scholarships, the Educational/Technology Fund and philanthropic partners are not included.
Ionic Column Pin
To recognize lifetime giving of our members, a beautiful Ionic Column gold pin will be presented to donors who have reached a lifetime giving level of $7,500. At milestone giving levels beyond that, pearls and then diamonds will be added to the pin to recognize each donor’s thoughtful and continued generosity.
- $7,500 Receive Ionic Column Pin.
- $10,000 Add two pearls to cap of pin.
- $25,000 Add four more pearls for total of six pearls in cap of pin.
- $50,000 Replace two pearls with diamonds in cap of pin.
- $75,000 Replace remaining four pearls with diamonds.
- $100,000 Custom piece.
