Delta Zeta Announces National Panhellenic Conference Volunteers

(Oxford, OH) Delta Zeta announces the appointment of Leslie Evans Williams, Epsilon – Indiana, Past National Officer and National Panhellenic Conference Delegate, to the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) 2021-2023 BOARD OF DIRECTORS. In this role, Leslie will serve on the NPC board, where she will be responsible for partnering with the other BOARD OF DIRECTORS to set the strategic direction for the Conference and create a vision for the sorority experience.


“Delta Zeta is incredibly proud of Leslie on her recent appointment to the National Panhellenic Conference board,” said Christy Phillips-Brown, Delta Zeta Sorority National President. “Leslie has been a long-tenured and dedicated volunteer for Delta Zeta, including having served on Delta Zeta’s National Council for the past 11 years, and she will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the NPC BOARD OF DIRECTORS. We look forward to Leslie’s tireless commitment and volunteerism to advance the sorority experience for all 26 NPC-member groups and her extended leadership and impact as she transitions to this new role with NPC on July 1.”


Delta Zeta’s National Council has also appointed Phyllis Sundberg Davis, Alpha Gamma – Alabama, Past National Officer, to Delta Zeta’s position of NPC Delegate. She joins the National Council effective June 1, 2021. “It’s an honor to serve in a position that combines my two passions,” said Phyllis. “Delta Zeta has provided me numerous opportunities and life changing experiences. Delta Zeta introduced me to NPC in 2004, and it has grown more rewarding each year. I cherish my time served on NPC and look forward to representing Delta Zeta Sorority and serving on National Council.” Phyllis will also serve as Delta Zeta’s NPC representative for the role of Chief Panhellenic Officer. This role is effective July 1, 2021.
