Alumna Initiation

The alumna initiation program was developed to allow college-educated women, who represent the high ideals upon which our Sorority was founded, to be initiated as an alumna member of our Sorority, with all rights and responsibilities.  Often, these women are in a position to support local collegiate and alumnae chapters.  In the last year, eight new alumnae sisters have been initiated.

Alumnae-Collegiate Relations

Whether your chapter is lucky enough to have a collegiate chapter nearby, enabling you to see Delta Zeta in action on our college and university campuses first hand, or you are in an area without a collegiate chapter, leaving you wondering what the college scene is like today, we have the opportunity and responsibility to show the true meaning of commitment through regular communication with and support of our collegiate members.

With the many demands on our collegiate chapters, it is extremely important that alumnae support be effective, meaningful and respectful of current chapter activities and traditions.  Follow the guidelines for outstanding alumnae-collegiate relations and you will most certainly be a positive support system for the collegians. Click here for collegiate support ideas you can use now!

Chapter Associations

Chapter Associations are designed to unite collegiate and alumnae members of a college chapter for the purpose of establishing close communication and advancing the best interests of the chapter and Delta Zeta.  Each member initiated into the sorority automatically becomes a member of her own chapter association.
