Educational Leadership Consultants

Serving as an Educational Leadership Consultant is one of the most rewarding opportunities for Delta Zetas. It allows recent alumnae members to serve as ambassadors for the National Organization. ELCs positively impact collegiate and alumnae members nationwide.

We are excited to begin the hiring process for the 2018-2019 Educational Leadership Consultant (ELC) position. Please find attached the job description and application for this position.

Educational Leadership Consultants are hired by the National Organization to serve as representatives of Delta Zeta Sorority. ELCs are assigned to work with collegiate chapters and colonies throughout the United States and Canada, to establish programming and reporting, to provide training and assistance in overall chapter management, to assist in chapter recruitment and to bring enthusiasm and encouragement to collegiate members. Consultants will also have the opportunity to attend several National Conferences, including National Convention and Presidents Academy, as an ambassador for the Sorority. We encourage any upcoming graduates to consider applying for the ELC role. Candidates must be initiated members in good standing with Delta Zeta Sorority and must hold a Bachelor’s Degree with a graduation date no later than the term prior to the start of travel.
