Delta Zeta's marks are registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. These marks include the name "Delta Zeta", the Greek letters (DZ), the badge and the Crest, as well as our brand, "Enriching."  This is necessary to protect the intellectual property of the Sorority (such as the Sorority name, badge design, Crest and other Delta Zeta-specific symbols). If you need an image of the Crest, please e-mail us at dzs@dzshq.com, stating the purpose for which you will be using the Crest.  This is necessary to protect the integrity of our name. 

Allowing any company to use our trademarks without permission means that the Sorority has no control over how our intellectual property is used.  The Delta Zeta Standing Rules and Policies state that other entities shall not include any copyrighted material or trademarks owned by other sources without authorization of the copyright/trademark owner.
