Shipping and Returns

All merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. All prices in U.S. dollars. Prices subject to change without notice.

Overnite and 2nd Day shipment on orders:
These orders must be received by 11:00 a.m. EST to be shipped via overnight or 2nd Day Air the same day.  If your order is placed after 11:00 a.m. EST, it will be shipped the following day.
PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday for orders with Next Day shipping.  If you place an order on a Friday, it will arrive the following Monday.

Returns: 
To return an item, send your invoice with the package to: DZ DeZigns, 202 E. Church Street, Oxford, OH  45056 (513/523-7597).  Please send information about the merchandise to be exchanged.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
