Leadership
“A leader’s greatest obligation is to make possible an environment where people can aspire to change the world.” ~ Carly Fiorina, Former CEO of Hewlett-Packard
Inspiring Delta Zeta collegians and alumnae “to change the world” through support for the experiences and programs that ultimately shape who they are and what they will be able to achieve is at the heart of the Delta Zeta Foundation.
-
Leadership Development Initiatives
With the guidance of the National Training Committee, the Alumnae Academy and Collegiate Presidents Academy were implemented to develop leadership in women who will enrich their
campuses, their communities and the world.
-
Educational Leadership Consultants
Educational Leadership Consultants visit Delta Zeta’s collegiate chapters around the country to advise chapter executive board(s) and chairmen, assist in the planning and implementation of membership recruitment activities, and deliver leadership development and educational programs throughout the academic year.

National and regional leadership experiences
National leadership experiences like Delta Zeta’s Norma Minch Andrisek Leadership Conference, UIFI and LeaderShape, or regional conferences like SEPC, MGLA etc. offer participants the opportunity to explore, define, and enhance their leadership skills, personal awareness, and commitment to themselves, Delta Zeta and their campus community.
