Please send your recommendation form to the College Chapter Director of the school to where you will be referring a potential new member.

To find the address to mail your form to:

Go to the private side of the Web site (click the "Metro Sign In" button at the top right of the screen).

Once you have registered or signed into Metro, go to Quick Links and click on the link for Chapter Directory.

Locate the state, then the chapter/school where the chapter is located and to where you will be referring a potential new member. 

Click on the chapter link to see the name and contact information of the College Chapter Director.
