Award Criteria
The Delta Zeta Woman of the Year Award recognizes a Delta Zeta who has achieved national recognition in the professional or volunteer work. The candidate does not need to be active in an alumnae chapter or a member of a chapter association. This award is solely based on national recognition in the member's professional or volunteer work.
Professional Work and Accomplishments
based on the actual work that the nominee does, whether professional or volunteer
National Recognition or Honors
based on national recognition received or national honors (not local or regional honors or recognition)
Community Involvement
candidate's local or regional involvement in any community activity. Delta Zeta activity will be recognized in this category, but it is important to note that Delta Zeta involvement is not a requirement for this award.
